And
thus
the
blessed
one's
years
of
faith
were
forty-five
years,
and
the
period
from
the
creation
of
the
Armenian
alphabet
to
his
death,
thirty-five
years,
which
is
computed
as
follows:
The
Persian
King
Kerman
reigned
six
years
and
Jazdegerd,
twenty-one
years,
(and
Vram
eighteen
years),
and
the
Saint
died
in
the
first
year
of
Vram's
son,
Jazdegerd
II.
Thus,
the
years
of
[service]
in
the
holy
faith
began
on
the
fourth
year
of
King
Kerman
up
to
the
first
year
of
Vram's
son
Jazdegerd
II,
and
the
Armenian
alphabet
was
created
on
the
eighth
year
of
Jazdegerd
[I].
And
glory
to
Christ,
the
lover
of
mankind.
Life
as
a
clergyman.
